Priscilla Monroy

Hello Sheffield!

My name is Priscilla Monroy, I am honored to have the privilege to serve as one of the assistant principals at Sheffield Elementary School. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Sciences and one in Psychology from Southern Methodist University. Most recently I earned a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Southern Methodist University.

My journey in education began here in Carrollton Farmers Branch ISD. For five years I served as a classroom teacher, teaching Science Dual-Language and Spanish I at Vivian Field Middle School. During a period of this time I also served as the instructional coach for the science department at Vivian Field Middle School.

I strongly believe that all students are capable of learning and achieving at high levels and that building a strong partnership with parents and our community will enable us to see all of our students shine bright!

I look forward to an amazing year of learning and growing!
